• Notebook and pen/pencil
• Refillable water bottle
• Clothing for four days, including travel time:
• Plan on bringing two sets of clothing for days 2, 3, and 4
• One set of clothing for each of these days should be suitable for getting wet/dirty
• Sleepwear
• Jeans and a lightweight jacket for the possibility of cool evenings
• Modest Swimwear (One Pieces for Ladies)
• Colored apparel: We will split the camp into 4 different colored teams: red, blue, green, and yellow.

We will let you know sooner what your team color is. Make sure to bring plenty of clothing in your team's color!

• Comfortable shoes for walking and sessions
• Flip flops
• Bedding (Sheets for a twin bed, blanket or sleeping bag, pillow)
• Towels for showering and swimming
• Washcloths
• Toiletries (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste)
• Prescription medications (to be handled by your adult leader)
• Sunblock and bug spray
• Camera
• Money for travel, the MIX Store, offering, etc.
• Athletic equipment for recreation time (optional)

Yes, students will need money on hand. They will need lunch on the way there and the way back, so probably $10-15 per stop. Then once at camp, there is a merchandise shop and a cafe for snacks & drinks. The merchandise runs about $5-40, things from stickers, pens, and hoodies!

Yes, students can take their phones to camp, but there is a caveat to that. If the phone is used in an inappropriate manner, distracts self/others, etc., there will be consequences.

In case of an emergency, there will be a camp nurse to help handle small situations on-site. Then if they’re something that is more severe, it will be assessed to call 911.

For student medications, we will have them turn their meds in at check-in. Then throughout the trip, we will have a leader overseeing the medications to distribute in the morning and in the evening.

Buses will leave daily at 9:30 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS

DAY ONE: Devotional in the Student Center, at 9:30 AM bus leaves for Harkins, Chandler Cross Roads, and will return around 12 PM.
DAY TWO: Devotional in the Student Center, at 9:30 AM bus leaves for KTR Chandler and will return around 12 PM.
DAY THREE: Devotional in the Student Center, at 9:30 AM bus leaves for Fat Cats and will return approximately around 12 PM.
DAY FOUR: Devotional in the Student Center, at 9:30 AM bus leaves for a Water Park and will return approximately around 12 PM.

"DAY CAMP CHECKLIST: Bible, notebook, pens, sunscreen, chapstick, water bottle.
Note: On June 8th, we will be attending a waterpark, please bring sunscreen, a towel, sandals, and a swimsuit.
*A modest swimsuit is a full-coverage 2-piece or 1-piece. For any questions, talk with your small group leader.*

"MEALS/MONEY: Yes, there may be an opportunity for students to buy snacks or souvenirs at our daily excursions. On Day 1 please provide your students with money for snacks for the Movie.

"ELECTRONICS: We highly encourage students to be present during camp, and build meaningful relationships with their peers. We advise that students leave their phones at home. If there is an exception please reach out to, Kaleigh Izaguirre."

"If a case of bullying/hazing, medical emergency (bleeding, concussion, allergic reaction, hospitalization, etc.), or other situations deemed necessary, we will call parents immediately. If a student is caught bullying, stealing, or any weapon to camp, they will be sent home at the expense of their parent/guardian."

"Be sure to bring all medications in original bottles. You will check them in, write dosages, and place them in a baggie for the camp nurse at check-in. Please remember to grab medications at pick-up. We will hang on to them for three months. THEY MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH PRESCRIPTION FROM DOCTOR ON IT (if applicable)."
